Ingredients:

Luke warm water ½ cup Luke warm milk 1/4th cup

Curd ½ cup Sugar 2 tbsp

Ghee 2 tbsp

Maida 3 cups

Baking powder 1 tsp

Baking soda 1/4th tsp

Salt 1tbsp

Ingredients: Cumin 1 tbsp

Coriander seeds 1.5 tbsp Boiled potatoes 4-5 medium sized

Ginger 1 inch (chopped)

Green chillies 2-3 nos. (chopped) Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)

Fresh mint 2 tbsp (chopped)

Black salt 1/2 tsp

Carom seeds 1 tsp Red chilli powder 2 tsp (optional)

Dry mango powder ½ tsp Anardana powder 2 tsp

Salt as per taste

Water - 50 ml + 150-200 ml Onions ½ cup (chopped)

Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)

Green chillies 1-2 nos. (chopped)

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Black salt 1 tsp

Anardana powder 1 tsp

Spicy red chilli powder 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Boiled potatoes 1 medium sized chopped (optional)

Powdered sugar / jaggery 3 tbsp (optional)
