Good Friday in the Holy Week is one that on its face is not good. This day Jesus was betrayed by those who loved him, those who followed him, and those who praised him, even the religious leaders!
The miracles and good that Jesus did was not in their minds at this time only anger and hatred. They came against Jesus, beat him, tormented and crucified him. 💔
This day was the most mournful and heartbreaking day, but we celebrate it as GOOD because it’s through Jesus’ crucifixion that we have our sins paid for us!!! 🙌🏼
It’s through him laying down his life that we can join with him in his resurrection!!! Let’s thank God for his great love that we him to the cross for us!!✝️
