Eid Mubarak to everyone from Indonesia!!!! 🇮🇩 Thank you for watching the whole Ramadan series and allowing me to share part of these countries with you.

This was the best Ramadan of my life. I had never experienced Ramadan as a traveler before, but after a few years of not feeling as connected to a community, I wanted to see what it would be like to observe it with different communities around the world.

5 countries, 12 cities, 14 YouTube vlogs later. Alhamdulillah, it has come to an end.

🇲🇾 Malaysia – Thank you to everyone who welcomed me and made my first week of Ramadan one of the best weeks of my life. To the strangers in Kualu Lumpur, Kelantan and small kampungs who invited me to break fast with them, I’ll never forget your kindness.
🇹🇭 South Thailand – Thank you to the people who welcomed me with open arms, taught me so much about their region, and never let me pay for a single iftar.
🇲🇲 Myanmar – Thank you to the Burmese people who were so happy that a traveler wanted to come and experience Ramadan with them and talk over a cup of tea every night.
🇱🇧 Lebanon – Thank you to those I met for the first time but with whom I shared some of my most important moments.
🇮🇩 Indonesia – Thank you for making these final days of Ramadan some of the most beautiful nights I’ve ever experienced. Even someone taking my shoes and phone will stick with me forever.

For now, that’s a wrap. But InshAllah, we’ll do Ramadan as a traveler again. Wishing everyone a blessed and joyful Eid!
