Some of you have noticed how my videos have been changing lately. I’ve been showing up on camera more and even talking while I’m in the store. I wanted to share a little bit of the backstory behind that growth.

In the past I often described myself as shy and awkward, but the truth is it went deeper than that. For almost 8 years I was dealing with severe anxiety to the point where even small daily interactions and tasks felt overwhelming. Even thrifting, something I’ve always loved, often felt like a challenge.

I kept pushing myself to film because it was something I had dreamed of doing for years, but it wasn’t easy. There were times when even sitting at home, recording myself talking to the camera, gave me anxiety. Looking back, I’m so grateful I kept going, even through all the heavy POV shots, voiceovers, and awkward moments.

Now I finally feel like I’m slowly getting back to the version of myself I used to be before my anxiety took over, and that makes me so happy. I’m enjoying filming, pushing myself to talk to the camera in-store, and sharing the joy of thrifting with you. I’m so thankful to have you here with me on this journey 🫶

Also, just a quick update: I won’t be posting a new video today since my whole house has been sick this week, but I’ll be back with a new one on Tuesday. Thank you for being patient with me!❤️
