Hey Besties!!

Since moving over to Jamaica I completely stopped journaling. I would take time out every evening before bed just to express myself and write down how I felt and how my day went. It helped clear my mind which in turn helped me sleep a lot easier and I would fall asleep a lot quicker.

I’ve decided to make a conscious effort to get back to focusing on my mental health, which means picking my pen back up to journal.

Who else enjoys journaling, if not, what does everyone do to focus on their mental health on a regular basis?
