Hi guys.

It's Fletcher here. I am gonna make this post it's because I wanna get something off my chest that I have held in for too long. Now the autumn and winter periods are hard for me it's because of the weather and the darkness in November that makes my mood extra sensitive and extra irritable most of the times and my intrusive thoughts can be worse and more affected than ever by the stuff.

Rn I am tearing up when I write this post and I feel like I'm also guilty because I'm afraid to hurt people because sometimes I can never be careful with what I am saying and I feel like I hurt people when I don't draw them. I just want to calm down my head, to have positive moments and try to focus on solutions and teamwork.

I sometimes feel unsafe at this time of the year because my intrusive thoughts can be more and more and that can stress me out alot. I get anxious about the tiniest things and can have meltdowns easily.

I hope you guys are always patient with me because I want to feel safe and calm around you.
