I'm still alive don't worry. If I haven't been uploading anything lately, it's simply because I have been low in motivation regarding Geometry Dash. I haven't made progress on any level for a while. I just don't have as much interest for the game as before, and don't feel like making levels much lately.

I actually wanted to make one "officially last" video where I would explain all the reasons and some other things, such as what I'm going to do afterwards. Except that I never got around to actually make the video... 😭

If it ever so happens that I make enough progress on something, I will probably still upload it. But don't expect much from now on. I'm sorry if any of you genuinely expected more from me and this channel, but GD isn't something very interesting or fulfilling for me to do anymore.

DO NOT expect any progress on AExplorers for a while, and DO NOT expect any progress on The Sneaky Dash anymore. (and probably no progress on any level of mine, for a while)

I just don't want to work on those levels anymore. I might explain why with more details later.

Decided to send screenshots as progress because I know that people are impatient :p

Oh uh, yeah... this channel...
To be honest, I kinda forgot about it. I pretty much lost most of my motivation for this channel. I think I'll still upload content sometimes, but it will be slow.

I've also been slowly losing interest from Geometry Dash as a whole. Slow progress on levels, lack of motivation, community drama, repetitiveness of creating "too simple" levels, some people hating on me for seemingly no reason, most people using Geode and hacks (I usually play on iOS which means I don't have Geode), the awful unfair biased rating system...

All of this slowly caused me to lose interest from the game. And it's not the typical "lack of motivation" that I sometimes get, this time it has been lasting for several months. I just, don't have as much fun playing the game or making levels anymore.

Unfortunately, I might be close to quitting the game, but I still want to finish some of the levels first.

I also started working on other kind of projects, some of which I do with friends. Rom hacks, drawings, maybe music and animatics as well in the future. I've been having more fun working on those lately.

I still try to make progress every now and then on levels though, I even try to get a few friends to help me, but I lost motivation for most of my levels. Now, there's only motivation for AExplorers Remastered, ImagiNation (unrevealed level), InTheCity (another unrevealed level), and Sky Ruins. All the other levels are now abandoned, due to lack of motivation. This includes The Sneaky Dash, and I know a lot of you have been waiting for this one, but I just can't anymore, sorry...

Also sorry for the lack of upload, it was due to this. Be reassured though, the other levels are unlikely to be abandoned, but they will take time... a lot of time...

Okay so, I decided that I would actually give up some of the levels that I was making. This is because I'm starting to lose motivation to a critical point... almost to the point that I wanna quit creating levels in GD

So because of that, I decided that I would only keep working on 5 projects (giving up at least 3 for now), some of which will be paused indefinitely. The abandoned levels will be showcased on the channel (at least what has been made of them).

I decided to only keep working on those projects: AExplorers Remastered, TSD Remastered, 2 unrevealed projects, and Sky Ruins (though chances are that I'll give up Sky Ruins). I'll also get help for the 2 unrevealed projects.

I've been feeling held back lately. I feel like that I'm always doing the same things in the editor, over and over again. I feel like that I'm not improving, the amount of quality doesn't increase. I also have a very unstable motivation, which comes and go, and this really slows me down sometimes.

Lately I've been thinking about actually quitting creating in GD. I sometimes feel like it's better if I just stop. Though there are still some things that I HAVE to make (especially those 2 unrevealed projects, and AExplorers Remastered). So keep reassured that I'll keep creating levels, for now that is. But it will be pretty slow, and I'll only work on whatever I feel like.

Sometimes I just want to quit GD, and to switch to making animations and stories. After all, if I can make it in GD, I can make it with animations, right? Though I think that I'll stay, at least for now.

I think that I should also learn to give up levels whenever I lose interest. I try to hold on with some levels that I don't have motivation for, and this only slows me down. So this is why I prefer to give up some projects. Pretty sad because they could have been interesting to make, but I have no choice.

I hope that you'll understand this, and that you'll keep supporting me with making those other projects, especially the 2 unrevealed ones, because those two in particular are special to me. I know that most people will only care about The Sneaky Dash and AExplorers unfortunately, but whatever, I'll still try to keep going even if I only get a fraction of the support that I usually get with those two "trendy" levels. I hope that you'll like those two special projects.

Ok so, you might have noticed that i haven't been active on Youtube lately... well, i don't have any motivation for gd these days. I'm trying to work on other stuff unrelated to gd too.

Though i haven't made much progress on levels lately so don't expect previews to come anytime soon for now (might need to wait at least 2-3 weeks).

Alright so you might have noticed that i haven't made much progress lately. Actually i don't have that much motivation for making levels in GD for now (i had even less motivation a few weeks ago) which is one of the reasons why progress is slow. Though i beat some Demon levels, so thats nice.

I started another level called "InTheCity", and i'll show a preview of it when i finish the full layout. I have a lot of ideas for this level so progress should be a bit faster (though there's still motivation problems :p). This is now the 7th level I'm working on (the others being The Sneaky Dash, AExplorers Remastered, Bounce, Sky Ruins, Evolution, and a secret level that i'm working on). This will take a lot of time, but i hope you'll like them :D

I also wanted to say that GD is not the only think i work on, i also work on a Rom Hack (game modification) of NSMB.DS (Mario on the DS) with custom levels and graphics. So if you're interested, don't hesitate to check that out on my second channel, ‪@RainbowDashers64‬. I also like drawing, and i plan to probably make animations (with drawings) at some point, some of which will be related to GD.
