I Quit My Job To Focus On This Channel – Here’s What’s Next:
First off, thank you. Seriously. Every view, comment, like, and share has meant the world to me. YOU ALL ARE AMAZING.
Big news: I recently quit my job to focus full-time on YouTube and content creation. It’s exciting, terrifying, and honestly… kinda overwhelming. But creating videos and building this weird little tech community with you all is what makes me happy, so I’m going all in.
With that, I’ve officially launched a Patreon. If you’ve been following Eric’s Tech World, you know I try to keep things honest, fun, and and just try to make videos and stories I'd watch myself, while giving you as much info on the latest tech as possible. The goal with Patreon is to eventually bring you even more exclusive content, behind-the-scenes stuff, livestreams, and giveaways.
Right now, I’m still playing catch-up on new videos and product reviews, so there’s not a bunch of exclusive stuff on there just yet. But trust me, it’s coming soon. (You can still support me though on there for the price of a cup of coffee per month!)
In the meantime, your support helps me:
• Get hands-on with more tech (even the stuff brands don’t send out)
• Spend more time on bigger, more in-depth videos
• Keep the channel independent and honest (which is super important to me)
There’s just one tier for now, appropriately called “Help Me Keep the Lights On.” No crazy paywalls, just a simple way to support the channel if you’re into what I’m building here.

NEW CHANNEL NAME ANNOUNCEMENT!! 🎉
Hey, everyone! BIG NEWS: Just wanted to give you all a quick update and announce that this YouTube channel has officially been rebranded to Eric's Tech World! It's still me as a solo creator (I create, film, and edit all of my own videos), but I wanted to focus the channel name to align better with my two main focuses for this channel, TECH and ADVENTURE. (I also created a dedicated instagram to this YouTube if you'd like to follow there as well! www.instagram.com/ericstechworld )
This channel was originally based around skateboarding, but slowly it has been overtaken by tech and adventure, so I created a secondary channel focused solely on skateboarding called @ericskateboards and I'll be posting there weekly with new skate videos videos, as I will continue to do on this channel with tech and adventure videos! So, if you'd like to support that channel as well, I'd love for you to subscribe over there. ❤️
