When I asked my inner voice what habits I needed to release in order to step into the next level of my life, the message was loud and clear:
"Eliminate distractions. CONFLICT is a distraction."
Distractions aren’t new.
They’re how we’ve been conditioned to stay stuck, disempowered, and disconnected from our potential.
But some distractions are sneaky.
⚡ Arguing with your partner? Distraction.
⚡ Obsessing over celebrity drama? Distraction.
⚡ Replaying your childhood wounds as a reason you can’t move forward? Yep… still a distraction.
I’ve been called to let go of anything that doesn’t align with the frequency of the life I’m creating.
Masters don’t take the bait.
They protect their energy like it’s sacred—because it is.
And anything that robs you of your peace?
Isn't just a distraction. It's a trap.
Distracted people are so much easier to control.

I want everyone to live a happy, healthy, joyful life. Truly.
And one of the gifts God has given me is the ability to see when someone's actions aren't aligned with what they say they want.
The catch? That’s not always a gift people want to receive. 😅
So I’ve learned (mostly) to wait until I’m invited to share.
But it’s hard to stay quiet when I hear people constantly complain about how they feel in their body… while watching them fill it with junk food and alcohol.
Or when they say they don’t have time to work out—but spend hours scrolling or binge-watching TV after work.
Here’s the thing: Health is wealth.
It doesn’t matter how much money you make if you feel like crap.
And if you’re not happy with how your life feels, nothing will change unless you do.
But change doesn’t have to be hard.
Small shifts compound over time. That’s how I’ve done it.
It took me almost a decade to transition to a plant-based lifestyle. First, I stopped eating meat. Then seafood. Then dairy. Little by little.
I recently made a video explaining how I finally built consistency around the habits I wanted most—and the system that made it way easier for me.
Taking care of yourself helps you show up for the people you love even better.
You deserve to feel good. You deserve to feel alive. 💛
