There’s alot going on with people other than just what you see on the outside. We sometimes only see the chaos and behavior without seeing the pain behind it or even more important, not seeing the PERSON BEHIND THE PAIN!! There’s time for correction and tough love but often if we will listen to Holy Spirit He will lead us to JUST LOVE at that moment! In a world of so much hurt, LET LOVE LEAD THE WAY and allow that love to leave a trail of Hope, Peace and Joy behind you! Leave them better than when you found them . We get overwhelmed when we don't take the time to declutter ourselves. It's just so necessary. And we must do the necessary things for ourselves. You're a priority. Even if no one else in this world makes you one, YOU make you one. It's awesome to be a giver, but sometimes you have to be a receiver. So take the moments. You need them, and let yourself be a receiver today. Receive his love, receive his peace, receive his strength and receive his rest. Those...are the necessary things. ❤️
As I sit here with Jesus this unrushed afternoon, I think of psalm 23, HE LEADS me beside the STILL waters , HE restores my soul. You need the quiet, you need the stillness. You need the restorative waters that only HE can lead you to and give you. Sometimes the rush, the hurry , well, we love that too. But we can’t live in that 24/7. It’s a push that will wear you out to the core. And you know I believe HE knew we would tend to do that at times, or he wouldn’t have the need to lead us to rest and remind us to come to him, oh so frequently. Rest can look so different for so many. But there is only one kind of rest that restores you, rebuilds you and brings you peace like NOTHING else can, and that is being with Jesus.It’s the one thing, the only thing, that will give you what you’re mind, body and spirit need, and are looking for, absolute wholeness. A love like I’ve never known. And everyday, I can’t wait to go sit with him in my place and let him lead me beside those still waters and restore my soul. I can’t wait for him to love me in all the right places and speak to me like only HE can do. Find that place today. Matter of fact, find it every single day for the rest of your life. That’s one thing you will NEVER regret❤️
Be the one that stays, when everyone else leaves. Be the one that brings kindness, when rudeness enters the room. Be the one that is peace, when all the chaos is surrounding. Be the one that offers a smile, when joy has left the building. Be the one that encourages, when everyone else is tearing down. Be the one that brings love on the scene every.single.time. Because when love shows up, everything changes. Love builds, it upholds, it adjusts when necessary , it forgets , it forgives , it's strong, powerful, beautiful and contagious. It's the one thing that this world is looking for. There's enough hate, bitterness, anger and malice everywhere we turn. Let love be the leader today. Let love flow through you today, even when all hell may be breaking loose. Let love be the answer. Just let Jesus. He is LOVE everlasting. Let him grab a hold of you today and never let you go🩷
