First day alone in 2 weeks!!! I absolutely LOVED winter break/the holiday season. We had such an amazing Christmas and New Year...but God Almighty its soooooo nice to have the house to myself for the day! Kiddos back to school...hubbs off to work...and my day off! This 👇 will be me all day!

If you are ever in Baltimore...do yourself a favor and check out Angie's Seafood in Federal Hill. Trust & believe you will NOT be disappointed! One of the best restaurants in Baltimore! And it's in one of the cutest neighborhoods in Fed Hill. I may end up doing a Short on Federal Hill in Baltimore.

Christmas 1989
One of my most favorite pics. My Mom was an awesome person. Always happy, and always putting EVERYONE else first. If I can be half the person she was, I will succeed at life.
Christmas is super important to me. One, because that is where a lot of my most cherished childhood memories stem from. My Mom always made Christmas time special, and I'll continue to do that for my kiddos. And two, my Mom's birthday is Christmas Day...so it can be bitter-sweet in a way, because I miss her and it makes me sad that my kids never got to know her. I typically make it through the day of Christmas, then have a good cry at nighttime, just remembering and missing her.
Remember to just live in the moment, because thats what organically makes the most memories for your kids...not how many gifts are under the tree! Merry Christmas to all! And if you can remember to send up a little Happy Birthday shout-out to heaven for my Mom, she would love that!
