📌 Mars Rock Community Announcement: A Choice for "Pure Creation" and Sustainability

To all our subscribers and cherished members:

Since the inception of Mars Rock, we have pursued a singular, uncompromising vision: to create the purest audio-visual experience possible. We have consciously rejected all commercial product placements and sacrificed traditional ad revenue to ensure that every frame you see is cinematic, immersive, and untainted.

However, the reality of financial sustainability has brought us to a necessary turning point.

1. Adjustments to "You Need Him" Distribution

Over the past few days, we tested releasing the first episode of You Need Him for free. Our hope was to attract like-minded souls to join our membership after experiencing the opening. The data, however, has been sobering: 7,000 views generated only $8 in ad revenue and minimal member conversion.

For a production like You Need Him—our most ambitious project to date with a budget of 90,000 RMB ($12,500+)—the traditional "free-to-view" model simply cannot sustain the level of artistry we provide.

Therefore, we have decided:

Full Episodes Go Exclusive: Effective immediately, the full series of You Need Him will be available exclusively for Channel Members.

Production Update: On May 23rd and 24th, we will film the remaining 8 episodes, ensuring the top-tier Arri Mini cinematography remains uncompromised.

Free Content Focus: Moving forward, our public channel will primarily feature trailers, behind-the-scenes teasers, and high-quality shorts.

2. Launching the "Pre-Order" System: Co-Producer Program

To ensure the healthy and sustainable growth of Mars Rock, we are officially implementing a "Pre-order for Production" model for all future projects.

The Threshold: Every new series will now require a minimum of 100 Tier 3 Members (including existing and new supporters) to trigger the start of production.

Co-Producer Honor: All Tier 3 members will be recognized as "Co-Producers." Your name will be permanently etched in the ending credits of the series as a testament to our collective dream.

Exclusive Access: The entire journey—from pre-production and filming to the final release—will be open exclusively to Tier 3 members and above.
