It's BACK, BABY!!!!! My JOAN JETT Parody is BACK UP after YouTube accepted my COUNTER NOTIFICATION. Here's basically what I argued"

STRIKE!!!! JOAN JETT TAKES DOWN PARODY "I Hate Myself For Voting Blue" :( Joan Jett (or maybe her lawyers) issued a "take down" of my recent parody which was enjoying over 400K views in it's first fourteen days. I have reached out to the claimant to ask what was problem--was it the melody, my video clips or something else? I believe all of my parodies are protected by FAIR USE laws but those laws are subject to interpretation. Anyways, well have to wait and see if we can work something out. This is the first STRIKE I've received in a year so I was doing pretty good for a while. THANK YOU ALL for watching my Parodies and all your support and kind words. Hey folks, I'll be AWAY from YouTube for a while because I'm having FLAT FOOT surgery tomorrow. I've been suffering from flat feet for eight years and it's been getting worst and worst to the point where it's affecting my energy to do stuff--like make YouTube videos or sing and dance in front of my green screen :) Your thoughts and prayers are welcomed at this time because I know I'm in for a tough recovery. I put this off for too long. I kept saying more physical therapy will fix this but it didn't. I knew I had to decide to do this. That's why I released my song "Leap of Faith". It was really to pump me up to take this next step. I'm scared but I'm going to put my faith in God and trust in the process. I should have known YouTube would DEMONETIZE my new parody because I made fun of their PRECIOUS CLIMATE CHANGE. They are accusing me of making "unreliable claims". I never made a claim in my song. All I did was Ask QUESTIONS. They are also SHADOW-BANNING it so very few people will get to see it--but they're graciously letting me keep it up. ;)
