I’m entering a new season.

Over the last six years, what started with just my husband and me has become something only God could have written.

More than 244,000 people have joined this journey across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Together we’ve built communities rooted in truth, healing, discipleship, and hope.

God allowed me to build and lead:

• Narc Free Living LLC®
• Soul Care
• Rebirth
• Chain Breaker University®

In just the last seven months, He has allowed me to:

• Complete my Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling.
• Complete the coursework to become a Board Certified Christian Counselor.
• Publish two books, bringing my total to four.
• Lead the From the Black Sheep to the Blueprint anthology as its visionary author.
• Host media development masterclasses for coaches and Kingdom entrepreneurs.
• Coach, counsel, disciple, and mentor hundreds of women on their healing journeys.
• Continue preaching the Gospel, teaching God’s Word, and helping people walk in truth and freedom.

All while…

Healing.

Being a wife.

Being a mother.

Serving as a prayer intercessor and ministering to countless people behind the scenes.

Looking back, I realize something.

The fruit has always been there.
The oil has always been there.

But even those who pour into others must also sit beside still waters.

So that’s what I’m doing.

I’m following the Shepherd.
I don’t know exactly where He’s leading me next. And honestly…

I don’t need to know.

I’m simply choosing to trust Him.
My pages will remain.You may see less of me for a while.

Or perhaps God will lead me in an entirely new direction. Either way, this isn’t the end. It’s simply obedience.

Does a narcissist love you?

That’s one of the hardest questions survivors ask.

The answer isn’t as simple as yes or no.

A narcissist may become attached to what you provide: your attention, loyalty, admiration, emotional labor, finances, or stability. But healthy love requires empathy, accountability, sacrifice, and the ability to value another person as a separate human being.

When someone repeatedly manipulates, controls, exploits, gaslights, and devalues you while refusing to take responsibility, that isn’t biblical love. It’s possession. It’s dependency. It’s self-interest disguised as affection.

Real love protects.

Real love honors.

Real love tells the truth.

Real love doesn’t require you to lose yourself to keep someone else.

“I don’t do anything but show people love.”

Some people feel comfortable because their conscience is seared. They must make you the villain in their tall tales of lies.

If you’ve ever felt that way, hear this:
Not everyone is uncomfortable because of something you did. Sometimes they’re uncomfortable because of WHO you are.

Your authenticity exposes their masks.
Your kindness reminds them of the love they refuse to give.
Your integrity highlights the compromises they’ve made.

It’s not always about what you have. Sometimes it’s about what you carry.

When people live inauthentically, genuine people can become a mirror they don’t want to look into. Instead of confronting themselves, they may choose to betray you, criticize you, or make you the villain in their story. It helps them justify what they’ve done.

Don’t let that change who you are.
Don’t stop loving.
Don’t stop being kind.
Don’t dim your light because someone else prefers darkness.

A narcissist isn’t looking for weak people. They’re looking for unhealed wounds. They are looking for ACCESS TO YOUR SOUL.

One of the deepest soul wounds is rejection. And it’s believing your value comes from being indispensable to someone else’s dysfunction.

That’s why they gravitate toward rescuers, fixers, caretakers, and people who have been conditioned to believe love must be earned through sacrifice.

A healthy person appreciates being needed.
An unhealthy person needs to be needed because it becomes their identity.

If your worth is tied to fixing people, you’ll ignore red flags. If your purpose is tied to saving people, you’ll call dysfunction your assignment. If your identity is tied to being indispensable, boundaries will feel like betrayal.
