Accountability feels like an attack…when you’re committed to staying the victim.

Some people don’t want solutions. They want validation for dysfunction.

They will:
• Have a problem for every solution
• Center themselves in every story
• Struggle to see beyond their own pain
• Say “sorry” without changing behavior

And then wonder why nothing changes.

Let’s be clear:
Growth requires accountability.
Healing requires responsibility.
Change requires action.

You cannot heal what you refuse to confront even for victims. You cannot grow if everything is always someone else’s fault.

At some point, you have to decide:

👉 Do I want comfort…or transformation?

Because they require two different versions of you.

Reciprocity Changes Everything 🌷It is a signal to yourself and the world that you in you deserve the best.

Your life will change when you stop tolerating one-sided relationships. The same way you pour into others…You should be poured into.

The same way you show up…You should be supported.

The same way you celebrate people…You should be celebrated too.

Let’s tell the truth:
Sometimes it’s not that people can’t show up for you…
It’s that they won’t. And those are not your people.🔥

Read that again. Not your people.🔥🔥🔥

Stop overextending yourself trying to earn what should be natural.

Find people who:
• Love on you back
• Support you back
• Refer you, the same way you refer them
• Celebrate you out loud even when it’s not “popular”
• Mention your name in rooms you haven’t even entered

And let me challenge you too…If someone is doing that for you, be reciprocal. This is not about keeping score. But it is about alignment. 🙏🏽

Because healthy relationships are not built on sacrifice alone…They’re built on mutual investment.

If you’re always pouring and never being filled,
you’re not in community…you’re in depletion.
