3. use your fingers and really get in there, scrub away
4. don’t be a product junkie! Pick one moisture based shampoo and use it with every wash
5. sulfates based shampoo are not bad, you just need to know how to use it

3 years ago I really suffered from breakage and I noticed it too late.

In the beginning of my hair journey (10+ years), I was on point with taking picture to see my growth.

Keep in mind the average hair growth is 0,5 inches / 1,27 cm a month.

Do you need take pictures every month? No, but will it help with seeing how your hair grows & are your retaining length? YES 📷
