However, because these moments were discussed repeatedly over the years, Mori believes the dialogue and key scenes have been preserved as accurately as possible.

The Golden Land arc officially begins at Chapter 77. With Season 1 ending at Chapter 60, there are only 16 chapters covering the Continued Northern Travels and Divine Revolte arcs left, with all 16 chapters will be adapted in Season 2, which consists of 10 episodes.
Because of this tight episode count, Season 2 will most likely end right as the party reaches the Golden Land, around Chapter 80 or 81. This would create a major cliffhanger and neatly set up Season 3 or a movie.
The Golden Land arc itself spans about 28 chapters, running from Chapter 77 to Chapter 104, making it large enough to carry an entire follow up season or a theatrical adaptation on its own

There are two conventional ways to escape the Prison Realm seal, both involving two cursed tools: the Inverted Spear of Heaven and the Black Rope.

The Inverted Spear of Heaven was previously used by Toji to take Gojo’s life. Meanwhile, the Black Rope is a cursed tool wielded by Miguel in Jujutsu Kaisen 0, originating from his homeland in Africa.

Both tools have the ability to nullify active cursed techniques upon contact. In other words, they can negate the Prison Realm’s seal, making them extremely useful for freeing Gojo in the present.

However, these same tools were also extremely dangerous to Gojo in the past. This is likely why Gojo destroyed both the Inverted Spear of Heaven and the Black Rope.
