I would do a video/reel about a REALTOR®️ realizing we must be a successful content creator with the trending audio/sounds BLAH BLAH BLAH but I believe that trend is 5 years too late and it feels extremely unauthentic to do something simply because everyone else is doing it. However, IT IS IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF OUR SELLER/INVESTOR CLIENTS to be in the forefront of social media news today!

So, for those views, likes, and comments, I may end up doing it, but with my twist on it…

While we’re on this subject, I think I will share some of my thoughts while planning my social media content:

* Sharing real knowledge, experience, and skill is NOT scroll stopping. Most people do not even like reading, let alone learning…
* Dumb shit is scroll stopping.
* Exaggerated shit is scroll stopping.
* Fake shit is scroll stopping.
* If it’s not scroll stopping, it won’t reach enough people to bring in leads…
* To stay real, I can share some real cleavage- and that bunny always brings in the views -and likes -and comments. Thankfully, not shares 😅 Please don’t share my cleavage!
* I stay REAL. Always, 💯 of the time. It doesn’t feel right to me any other way.
* Tease them with what they want to see AND drop that knowledge! 😛
