ভালো রামেনের প্রাণ হলো ব্রথ। চিকেন/বিফ স্টক হলে সবচেয়ে ভালো। না থাকলে পানির সাথে আদা, রসুন, পেঁয়াজ,গাজর আর সামান্য সয়া সস যোগ করুন এতে করে রামেনের স্বাদ ভালো হবে।
