This patient came to us ready for a complete smile restoration. He had a congenitally missing upper tooth with a retained baby tooth that had shifted into the wrong position, a noticeable gap between his front teeth, and spacing concerns on the lower arch that made him very self-conscious about his smile.
We began with InvisalignĀ® to properly align the teeth, close the diastema, and create a stable, functional foundation before any final restorations. Once alignment was complete, we addressed the missing teeth, placing a dental implant in the upper arch after removing the retained baby tooth, and restoring the lower arch with a bridge where permanent teeth were congenitally missing.
To finish, we completed KORĀ® whitening to bring balance, brightness, and harmony to the entire smile.

This is a real x-ray from one of our patients who came to us with advanced hereditary periodontal disease, a condition that affects the supporting structures of the teeth.
Over time, untreated periodontal disease leads to severe bone loss, loosening teeth, chronic inflammation, and ultimately, tooth loss. In this case, the patient also had broken and missing teeth, all as a result of the disease progressing silently over years.
We performed full-mouth extractions and were able to restore their confidence and function with a custom denture.
