Sitting under 200 views and posting consistently wont fix ur channel. If a person gets 1000 views from the start of the video - it means youtube starts to recognise them as the person cracked the algorithm.
I happened to teach that basic information in my mentorship. It is so simple that when i tell the open secret - my clients tell me â it is so easy to follow. And starts to achieve 1000+ views and continuous increase in subscribers.
Happy that people has the ability to consistently follow what i said. From Day 6, they are acting on their own and i am simply guiding them. All they did is - Join my mentorship! I charge 10999âč for directing them in right way.
Email : Sivayazh11@gmail.com to join mentorship. Only Female creatorsđ
I shall share testimonials soon.

Reality hit myself today. I am not a minimalist (to be exact), not a maximalist either. So who am I?
I buy things (mostly one or two items - but that has to give lasting life, comfort even if it means expensive.
If i am not using it after once- even if it means less cost - i dont buy. After 24 yrs of life - i just found this while talkinv to my friend todayđ§
Why am i sharing this?
Dont know. Anyone like me? Just so i find a similar personđđ€

I got my first client for the Foundation Batch. đ
She wants to build a YouTube channel in the cooking niche.
We sat together and structured her content around her real life, not something artificial.
Her pillars are simple:
Sharing her recipes.
What I pack for my husbandâs lunch box today.
My kitchen space and the tools I use.
This is already her everyday life. Her core lens is something very unique - kind, soft, helpful yet daring to do something for her life. The hero of her channel is currently the recipes but eventually i am making her as the channel hero - because she is ready to show her pretty face to the worldđ
Now weâre just documenting it with intention â better camera angles, clear voiceovers, and consistency.
Sheâs using an iPhone 11. Nothing fancy.
But thatâs not even the interesting part.
I also showed her a roadmap to convert subscribers into customers â people who might want help planning recipes or learning how she cooks.
So the channel is not just content anymore.
It becomes a business asset.
Will it work out?
Absolutely yes.
Not because success comes overnight.
But because she has determination and discipline, and Iâm backing her with a clear system.
No success comes overnight⊠but one day it happens because you kept showing up consistently.
And honestly, I feel grateful she trusted me with her channel and her hope.
Moments like this remind me why I started this mentorship in the first place.
If you have the discipline and the passion to make your YouTube channel succeed, the mentorship is still open for this batch.
You can DM me on Instagram or mail me at Sivayazh11@gmail.com.
And you know â with me, youâre bound to succeed.

With only 4 slots left, i am really thankful for people who trusted my mentorship, enrolled with me.
Thank you! I am sure you will learn a lot from my knowledge and live a life very softly more than my life. For the next 2 months, we are going to have a good time and i am sure you will grow along side.
(I have a gift for you in the second photođ€)
With this in heart, i am happy to announce that i have created a notion template which will ask you 8 questions. The more you write about it - the more precise you will get your hooks to description to make AI work for you in your shorts to remove hassle. I am absolutely giving this for FREE in this mentorship.
We just have 3 days left, you can enroll as soon as possible to book your seats - DM me in insta or you can email at sivayazh11@gmail.com
Once again, thank you girlsđ

đBe it idly or ragi kool⊠thereâs so much passion in me when I cook. Whether itâs tasty or not is a different story đFood is my favourite part of everyday life.
But coming to the point.
Girls, if you genuinely love cooking â cakes, cookies, home recipes, anything youâre proud of â why are you not putting it on YouTube Shorts?
Youâre already doing the work.
Shorts just gives you reach.
Same skill. Wider audience. More visibility. More orders.
Iâm literally resting on a Sunday and my YouTube is still doing its work.
Thatâs the power of building once and letting it compound.
If youâre running a business, itâs time to share it with the world.
And if you want to do it properly, my next mentorship batch starts March 5.
Iâll help you structure it the right way.
If youâve been thinking of starting⊠maybe this is your sign.
And you know â with me, youâre bound to succeed. đ
If youâre interested, mail me at sivayazh11@gmail.com or DM in insta âREADYâ. Iâll share the details.

The confidence to be imperfect is what grew me and my channel to here.
Its not talent.
Its not luck.
I showed up when the video wasnât perfect.
When I wasnât feeling my best.
I failed. Many times.
But I didnât take it personally.
I took it as feedback.
I studied my analytics thru studio.
What people watched. Where they dropped. What could possibly be the reason for the drop. What made them stay.
It wasnât easy.
Not every day you wake up motivated to create.
Some days you donât feel inspired at all.
Thatâs where discipline entered.
When motivation died, discipline kicked in.
I took consistency seriously. Not emotionally â but seriously.
And honestly, there were days I didnât have the mental space to think of titles, hooks, captions, descriptions.
Earlier, I would sit and overthink.
Now I donât.
I give the right inputs. I used AI like my second brain.
It helps me with hooks, titles, descriptions, hashtags and what not.
Iâm still the voice.
But Iâm not carrying the creative weight alone anymore.
Thatâs when I realised â AI doesnât replace creativity.
It supports it.
This is exactly what I help creators build inside my mentorship.
Not just motivation.
1. Structure.
2. pillars.
3. Defined hooks.
4. An AI framework that supports your voice instead of replacing it.
So even on low-energy days,
your channel still moves forward.
Because growth shouldnât depend on mood.
It should depend on structure.
The next Foundation batch begins on March 5.
Iâll be walking closely with a small group through this process, step by step. We will be finding together your core lens, the pillars, on how to train AI, consistently achieve views without drastic fluctuations and thereby grow your channel steadily.
If youâre ready to build your channel intentionally, you can write to me at sivayazh11@gmail.com

19-year-old me just needed a place to dump her overthinking into something usefulâŠ
And somewhere deep inside, I also wanted to prove to myself that I am worth something.
Three failed YouTube channels later⊠this one exists.
I actually started with the intention of teaching marketing.
But I didnât fully know how to succeed in that niche back then.
And I didnât want to start from zero again.
So I pivoted.
I started posting lifestyle content â just simple, honest parts of my life.
And slowly⊠it grew.
I still remember the happiness I felt when someone subscribed in the early days. That tiny notification? It pushed me to continue. It made me show up again the next day.
What started as a creative outletâŠ
became a disciplined hobby.
And today â it pays me.
I say this with so much gratitude.
Sometimes, as women, we donât always want a static job that demands all our physical energy â especially after marriage. (In my case, that shift was very real.)
If YouTube has the ability to give me flexibility, identity, income and joy⊠why wouldnât I take it seriously?
Today, sitting with 27,000 genuine souls hereâŠ
this is MY definition of success right now.
Not virality.
Not fame.
But stability, community and self-respect.
This post is honestly a thank-you note.
To younger me â for not quitting.
And to you â for making me feel like a big sister in this space đ€âš
Somewhere along the way, many of you started asking me how to begin.
How to stay consistent.
How to grow without losing yourself.
And thatâs exactly why I opened my mentorship.
Not because I âfigured everything out.â
But because Iâve failed enough to shorten your learning curve. Something that could take 5 years has been done within an year - all because the structure was on point.
The March 5th batch is starting soon.
The investment is âč10,999 (for now).
Itâs for girls who are serious.
Who donât just want motivation⊠but direction.
If you feel like this story felt personal to you, maybe this is your sign.
Comment âSTARTâ if you want the details.
Or you can email me directly at: sivayazh11@gmail.com
Seats are limited because I keep it small and intentional.
Whatever you choose â
just donât silence that creative voice inside you.
It might become your income one day too đ«¶đ»âš
