No agenda. No training. No fixing.
What looks simple is actually something powerful — co-regulation. Calm, steady presence helps pigs feel safe… and at the same time, it helps our nervous systems settle too.
In the pet pig world, we talk a lot about trust and bonding, but nervous system regulation is the foundation underneath all of it. When you feel calm, your pig feels safe. And when your pig feels safe, your body responds too.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is the simplest thing:
