Finally played all the main levels of captain toad with my son. We've also almost completed Breath of the wild causal together, gone through sm3dw, Bowser furry and tons of Mario kart 8 and a little dktp.
And some good old Spyro and crash bandicoot, the remakes of the three first games.
After the last super Mario movie I also told him that it was a game too with the Galaxies. But I've never played them myself. So after a few tries with candles and my laptop connected to the tv we tried.
Ended up buying a retro sensorbar, but with a USB-connector for it to power the LEDs and a new bluetooth 5.0 pen.
Having tons of fun doing this. My son is turning five this summer. Just wanted to share this with someone.
Nothing is worse then a head full of ideas, enough know-how to get started and the ability to research the missing bits to make content. But starting and pulling through, even the thought about it is overwhelming enough to cancel yourself =\ And every day life like work, being a father and keeping things running are already enough. Maybe I'll make something happen soon. I really want to, but need to get the ball rolling. And I know what I was able to make previously. With a lot of effort.
I'm thinking about more work related content. But I'm unsure about which language I should go with.
Honestly, the Bowser Furry addon on the switch release of sm3dw was a great combination of sm3dw and sunshine. Just did the first 50 stars and "cured" Bowser, which gave me the end credits.
I fell that Nintendo should have continued this into a larger game rather than super Mario Odyssey.
So YouTube decided to take down my "how to"-video about using the download manager in Cemu with your own certificates from your own console. With other words, getting access to your own bought games for personal use. And they turned down my appeal to undo the takedown. Good job.
