96 KM from Nairobi, and this was definitely not an ordinary road trip! 😳

I took on one of the steepest and most challenging stretches of road, where your car needs some serious power to make the climb. ⛰️🚘

There were traffic jams, a close call with a matatu, a quick snack stop in Naivasha, and of course… those crazy steep climbs! 😂

And yes, my “old” car still had something to prove! 💪😂

🚗 PASSAT B5 UPDATE – THE JOURNEY CONTINUES! 💪

It's now been 2 weeks since my Volkswagen Passat B5 got stranded in Kisumu. It's been a stressful journey, but I never gave up.

Tonight, we're finally making a move! My friend Jay Mo from Kenya is joining me, and we're setting off from Nairobi on a 350 km night drive to Kisumu. We've packed everything we need to bring the Passat back to life: a head gasket, valves, timing belt, and all the other necessary parts.

Tomorrow is the big day—we'll rebuild the engine and, hopefully, hear it roar back to life once again. 🤞

Stay tuned for the next updates. With God's grace, this week the Passat will be back on the road, and our adventures will continue!

After what felt like forever... my first YouTube payment is finally here! 😂🎉

The money isn't the biggest achievement. What makes me happiest is seeing so many people I mentored or inspired doing amazingly well. Watching others succeed is something I'm truly proud of.

For me, this journey came with one huge lesson: consistency pays, and giving up guarantees nothing. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep believing in your vision, even when the results take longer than expected.

🚗 Car Update – What Really Happened?

I've received hundreds of messages asking what exactly happened to my car, and I truly appreciate everyone who has checked on me. ❤️

I've also seen all kinds of suggestions. 😂 Some people have become instant mechanics telling me, "Buy a newer car." (No thanks. 😅) Others are saying, "Just get a new engine." Well... maybe. 😂

So here's what actually happened.

While driving from Muhoroni to Chemelil, I came across a terrible stretch of road. I was moving at a reasonable speed when the car hit the ground hard enough to crack the oil sump. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it immediately. The engine oil started leaking out as I continued driving, and before I realized what was happening, all the oil had drained from the engine.

Then... BAM! 💥 Engine knock.

Game over.

Despite all that, I'm incredibly grateful to God. The car was safely towed to a secure place where I can work on it without pressure. Things could have been much worse, and for that I'm thankful.

At the moment, I'm exploring a few options:
✅ Importing a diesel engine from Dubai.
✅ Buying one locally.
✅ Or doing a temporary repair just to get the car back to Nairobi, where finding an engine and mechanics will be much easier.

The Dubai option is tempting because of the quality, but the downside is the waiting time—over a month—and honestly... I need this car back on the road ASAP! 😂 The road trip isn't over yet.

Thank you to everyone who has called, texted, shared advice, prayed for me, and even offered help. Your support means a lot.

Don't worry... this is just another chapter in the journey. We'll be back on the road soon, stronger than ever. 💪🚙

One thing I really admired while traveling in Tanzania is their bus transport system.

Apart from being well organized and very clean, Tanzanian buses are also technologically advanced. Most bus companies now have online booking platforms (apps/websites), and what impressed me more is that conductors carry digital devices that instantly show all bookings along the route. No confusion, no guesswork, everything is synchronized.

Add to that the modern and well-structured bus stands, and you can clearly see how much effort has been put into public transport infrastructure. It makes traveling smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

This is not about comparison in a negative way, but rather learning from each other. I genuinely believe Kenya can borrow a few lessons from Tanzania when it comes to public transport organization and technology adoption.

If this post offends anyone in any way, I sincerely apologize in advance. The intention is appreciation, learning, and growth for our region 🇹🇿🤝🇰🇪
