THE ROAD TO BEIJING 2027 AND LA 2028

Hey, I’m Daryll Neita, a proud South London girl, British sprinter, three-time Olympian and three-time Olympic medallist.

I won 4x100m bronze at Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020, then silver at Paris 2024. In Paris, I placed fourth in the 100m and fifth in the 200m. I’m the second-fastest British woman over 100m and a World, European and Commonwealth medallist.

I began sprinting at eight and proudly represent South London. I want young people to know where they begin should never limit how far they can go. Through DNAC, I give back and inspire the next generation.

Daryll’s Diaries follows life on and off track as I prepare for the 2027 World Championships in Beijing and my fourth Olympic Games in LA in 2028.

We’re going for gold.
