Q.S. Al-Ahzab (33): 59

O Prophet! Tell your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers: "Let them draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies." That is so that they may be more easily recognized and not harmed. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers to bring down part of their outer garments. That is more suitable so that they will be known and not be abused. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
