The funniest thing about going Keto/Carnivore…
When I was eating junk and creeping up toward 275 pounds, nobody said a word.
Now that I’ve dropped 50 pounds in 3 months eating steak, eggs, and butter —suddenly everybody’s worried about my health! 😂
And here’s the kicker…
Most of these so-called “nutrition experts” are still overweight,
on multiple meds, and living off drive-thru food.
But somehow I’m the one eating wrong? Okay, Doc! 🥩🤣
It’s wild how results make people question their beliefs.
They believed the food pyramid… I just believed in real food.
Funny how that works.
