It's certainly unfortunate to see this project go. I'd been dying to try it out but i had a feeling something was off about them announcing that no cod game would be required in the event of the new h1 engine switch as they could no longer justify the legallity of the project. It seems Activision wasn't happy to hear that news as it would mean a loss in sales. RIP sm2, it's been fun.
