Sussex Balloon Festival 🎈 🔥
Family-friendly event. FREE ADMISSION!!
A few years back, we checked out the festival. It wasn't planned, so we didn't get to see it all, but hopefully, we'll make it to the next show!
This year is the 40th anniversary of the annual festival.
Dates for this year: September 10–13, 2026.
Located at Princess Louise Park in Sussex, NB.
Balloon Launches: Scheduled twice daily (weather permitting).
Car Show, Flea Market, Live Music, Food Vendors, and amusement rides! All in the same area.

Hamburger Helper: Cheese Burger Macaroni with Peppers. The added peppers made a fantastic taste and stretched it more for leftovers!
1 lbs ground beef browned in sauce pan. Add in a 3-pack of peppers, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Mix in 325 ml of hot water & cheese sauce. Cook until dissolved.
Add 2 cups of milk and 1 box h.h cheese burger macaroni.
Bring to a boil 2-3 minutes, then let simmer aside. Mixing often.
