Join us this Saturday on our YouTube channel Stress Less Camp More for another relaxing camping adventure with Marc & Bear! 🏕️🐶

This time, we’re heading up near Kilcoy for a peaceful getaway beside the river. The last time we were here, the river was flowing beautifully after all the rain we’d had, and it’s great to see it still flowing nicely. There’s something pretty special about setting up camp beside running water, the sound of the river instantly makes the whole place feel peaceful. 🌊
This trip is all about keeping things simple, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, cooking a delicious Thai Green Chicken Curry & Rice, relaxing around camp and, of course, enjoying a good coffee before packing up. ☕️

Bear is along for the adventure too, and she’s definitely keeping a close eye on the camp setup! 😂🐾 She even remembered to bring the pancake mix this time after accidentally forgetting it on our last camp. Good work, Bear! 😆

As the evening winds down, I’ll get the camera ready for a Starlapse before relaxing in the tent.

The next morning brings an overcast sky, damp matches and an unexpected visit from the rain—which apparently didn’t get the memo from the BOM! 🤣🌧️

Hi everyone! 👋 Come along with me this Saturday on YouTube on another motorcycle camping adventure as I ride to a road-bike-friendly campground in the beautiful Bunya Mountains! 🏍️🏕️

This trip is a little different because I’ve installed the Carpuride W702 Plus+ TPMS CarPlay unit on my bike, and I’m putting it through its paces on the road.

The front and rear cameras are looking great, and I love having three camera views to choose from. Front, rear or split screen, all controlled from a handy wired remote on the left-hand grip.

The built-in GPS also makes navigation incredibly easy, while wireless CarPlay lets me use Apple Maps on my phone to find my way to camp. You can, of course, use whichever navigation app you're most comfortable with, and then there’s the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). I’ve never had one before, and it’s pretty cool being able to keep an eye on my tyre pressures in real time! 🛞

After a few hours of riding, I finally arrive at Westcott Camping Area in the Bunya Mountains, and it looks like I might have the whole campground to myself! The scenery along the way is absolutely breathtaking, especially as I get closer to the mountains.

Once I find a suitable spot for the bike, it’s time to set up camp. I’m using my little coffin tent again because it packs down so small, which means I can bring along my big cooler, although I’ll admit, I’m still not exactly a fan of this tent! 😂

As always, I put up my tarp over the dining area to create that extra cosy camping space, get the campfire going and settle in with a well-earned rum & Pepsi. 🥃🔥

Dinner is always a camping favourite for me, and tonight's dinner I've been really looking forward to, crispy bacon hotdogs, yum! I prepared the bacon at home in the air fryer so it would be nice and crispy, and let me tell you… it absolutely hit the spot! 🌭🥓
With the sun setting and some beautiful colours filling the sky, I settle in for a peaceful night under the stars.

The next morning starts with one of my favourite things about camping, coffee! ☕ I even froth my milk over the heat for a little barista-style camping coffee.

Breakfast was supposed to be pancakes with fruit… but somehow the pancake mix didn't make it into the camping gear, and I can't blame Bear for that one. 😂 So we'll just call it an unplanned breakfast change!

From motorcycle gear and technology to quite camping, beautiful mountain scenery, good food and a peaceful night, I hope you enjoy coming along for the ride.

❄️ Chasing the Cold at Tenterfield | Cosy Camping, Campfire Cooking & Bear

Hi legends! 👋 Please join us this Saturday on YouTube for our latest video.

My search for some proper cold weather camping has brought us back to beautiful Mindoo near Tenterfield, and what a stunning place it is! The countryside around Tenterfield is absolutely gorgeous, and this peaceful campsite was the perfect spot to slow down, enjoy the surroundings and escape into nature for a while.
Once we arrived, it was time to get camp set up, make the tent cosy, create a comfortable little dining area and, of course, make sure Bear was happy and had plenty of water. 😊

This trip we're keeping things nice and simple and cooking everything over the campfire 🔥. Dinner is jacket potatoes loaded with mince and bacon, followed by a very important discovery… I FORGOT THE CHEESE! 😂

As the sun disappeared, the temperature dropped quickly, so it was time to rug up, get cosy and settle in for the night. Bear & I were toasty and warm under the blankets, even though it got seriously cold outside!
I'll also be putting a power tripod through its paces during the trip. It's a compact little bit of kit that can power my Starlink Mini without needing long power cables, and I really like how easy it is to pack — especially for my motorbike camping trips. I'll also see how long it can run the Starlink and share some results from the trip.
And there's nothing better than waking up to a beautiful sunrise, getting the fire going and cooking breakfast outdoors. This morning we're enjoying rissoles, eggs, pepperoni and cheese, with a frothy coffee made over the campfire. ☕🔥

🏕️ Winter Camping in Queensland | Bell Tent with Wood Stove | Cozy Camping with Bear 🐾

G'day Legends!

Join Bear and I this Saturday on YouTube for our latest trip.

Bear and I have found another incredible campsite, and I think this one might just become one of our new favourites! Even though it's the middle of winter here in Queensland, the days are still beautiful, while the chilly nights make it the perfect excuse to fire up the tent stove and enjoy a cozy evening by the fire.

For this adventure, I'm setting up my Homecamp Touring View Bell Tent with an internal stove, creating a warm and comfortable home away from home. Once camp is set up, it's time to relax with a campfire rum, take in the amazing views, and cook up a delicious dinner for both Bear and me.

This trip also gave me the perfect opportunity to test out the FireMaple Disc Remote Camping Stove along with their Propane Stove Adapter. I try cooking with both propane and butane, and I'm genuinely impressed with how stable, powerful, and easy the stove is to use—especially when cooking with larger pots and pans.

On tonight's menu is juicy pork, homemade chips, and broccolini, while the next morning starts with a crackling fire, fresh coffee, and probably one of my most indulgent camping breakfasts yet... waffles topped with fresh fruit and Cadbury Chocolate Mousse! 🍓🧇☕

As always, Bear is by my side making sure everything is done properly (and making sure she gets plenty of pork along the way!). Watching her enjoy camping never gets old.

After a long break from camping, I decided it was finally time to load up the motorbike and head out for a solo camping adventure! There's nothing quite like the thrill and freedom of riding a motorbike, and for this trip, I challenged myself to pack everything I needed onto two wheels.

I headed back to one of my favourite camping spots, although this time it was much busier than usual. Unfortunately, with rising living costs and the shortage of affordable housing, more people are having to find alternative places to stay. Thankfully, I managed to find a quiet little spot away from the crowds to set up camp and enjoy a peaceful night outdoors.
For this trip, I tested out a smaller tent setup, created a cozy campsite complete with a tarp shelter, and enjoyed a well-earned rum and coke over ice (yes Wayne, I remembered the ice this time! 🤣).

A huge thank you to FlannelGo for sending me some of their amazing clothing to try out. I wore their Heritage Heavyweight Cotton T-Shirt and Ranger Corduroy Western Shirt, and I genuinely loved how comfortable, warm, and durable they felt. I even wore them out to a birthday dinner!
On the menu tonight was a hearty camp meal featuring bacon, mince, potato, capsicum, and plenty of flavour. Then after a rainy night and an unexpected battle with tent condensation, I wrapped up the trip with a delicious breakfast pie, a much-needed coffee, and packed up the bike for the journey home.

Hi everyone,
A lot has been happening behind the scenes lately. My wife underwent surgery a little while ago, so my focus has been on looking after her and supporting her through her recovery.
Then, a few weeks ago, our family received some wonderful news, my daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby boy! I'm now a Papa, and I couldn't be more excited and proud.
With everything that's been going on, it's been quite some time since Bear and I have been able to get out for a camping adventure. But the wait is over, we're finally back with a brand-new video coming this Saturday!
Thank you all for your patience and continued support. We can't wait to share this adventure with you and get back out into the great outdoors together.

We just wanted to give you a quick update—due to my wife recently undergoing major surgery, Bear and I haven’t been able to head out and film a new camping video.

Family comes first, and we’re taking the time needed while she recovers.
As soon as she’s feeling better, we’ll be back out there doing what we love and bringing you a fresh adventure.

In the meantime, I’ll be sharing some short videos from past trips to keep the content flowing.

Hi everyone, please join me this Saturday for our latest camping adventure.

Today I’m returning to Passmore Reserve for a peaceful solo camp along the Condamine River. The water level is much lower than my last visit, but the views are still absolutely stunning, and I’ve picked the perfect riverside spot to set up camp.
This trip is a little different—Bear isn’t with me this time, but she sends her love and will be back in the next adventure!
I get the tent up quickly in the shade before the sun moves, then open everything up to let that fresh air flow through. Once everything is set up inside, it’s finally time to relax with a well earned coffee… after chasing my cup around in the wind for a bit 😄
With the heat building, I head down to the river for a refreshing dip. It’s short but exactly what I needed to cool off. Back at camp, hunger kicks in, so I whip up pancakes topped with raspberries and natural honey—and yes, the first pancake is the classic “test run disaster”!
As the sun starts to fade, the camp lights come on, a Pisco is poured, and it’s time to cook dinner. Tonight’s meal is something a little different — kangaroo with vegetables and egg noodles, tossed through a rich, homemade sauce. It’s simple, hearty, and incredibly tasty… definitely worth trying if you’ve never had roo before!
With the sound of corellas singing in the background, I settle in for a relaxed evening by the river. Good food, a quiet camp, and a beautiful setting, it doesn’t get much better than this.
