The DARE app is an evidence based training program to help people overcome anxiety, panic attacks, worry, and insomnia. It is rooted in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) which are widely-used and empirically-supported therapeutic approaches for overcoming anxiety.
