It's Lemon Season!

Here’s how you make Preserved Lemons:

1️⃣ Start with whole lemons, and slice deep slits into them, but don’t cut all the way through.

2️⃣ Stuff each lemon generously with kosher salt, packing it into the slits. 🧂

3️⃣ Place the lemons in a jar, pressing them down tightly, and add more salt between layers.

4️⃣ Fill the jar with water to cover the lemons completely. 💧

5️⃣ Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about 3-4 weeks.

After waiting patiently, you’ll have bright, tangy, salty lemons ready to transform your dishes!
