Maruti Suzuki has announced sweeping price cuts across its vehicle lineup, passing on the benefits of the latest GST 2.0 reforms to customers. Effective from September 22, 2025, car prices have been slashed by up to Rs 1.29 lakh, making models such as the S-Presso, Alto K10, Swift, Dzire, Brezza, and Fronx significantly more affordable. The GST rate on small cars has been reduced from 28% to 18%, resulting in substantial savings, especially for compact and hybrid vehicles. Coming just ahead of the festive season, these reductions are expected to stimulate demand, boost personal mobility, and strengthen Maruti Suzuki’s market presence across India.

The Honda WN7 is an electric motorcycle recently unveiled by Honda in Europe. It has a claimed range of over 130 km and a fixed lithium-ion battery that can rapid charge from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes. The WN7 is the production model of the "EV Fun Concept" and is designed to have performance similar to a 600cc internal combustion engine motorcycle. The name "WN7" stands for "Be the Wind," "Naked," and "7" for its power class.


There is no official confirmation from Honda about the launch of the WN7 in India. The Honda WN7 is an electric motorcycle that has been unveiled in Europe, and reports suggest an India launch is unlikely anytime soon. The bike is expected to first go on sale in the UK, followed by other European markets.
