Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe
yield: 24 prep time: 15 MINUTES cook time: 20 MINUTES total time: 35 MINUTES
Ingredients
12 graham crackers (about 1 2/3 cups of graham cracker crumbs)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar (I don't add this in)
16 oz (two 8 oz packages) cream cheese, softened
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup granulated sugar (I only use 3/4Cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
21 oz can blueberry pie filling
8 oz tub Cool Whip (about 3 cups)
Instructions
Crush the graham crackers.
Stir in the melted butter and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
Press into 9x13 inch pan.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the beaten eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes, or until done (top is dry to touch).
Cool and top with blueberry pie filling and whipped cream or whipped topping.
Notes
Recipe from Brian's Grandmother. It may have originated from Philadelphia Cream Cheese although I can't find it online.

Ground Beef Bulgogi
Recipe by Aaron and Claire

INGREDIENTS
2 green onions (1 oz, 30g)
1/2 yellow onion
2 shiitake mushrooms (or button mushrooms) (1.8 oz, 50g)
1 green chili (optional)
1 mild red chili (optional)
1.3 lb (600g) ground beef
2 tbsp neutral-tasting oil
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
5 cups steamed rice, divided
generous pinch of toasted sesame seeds
Bulgogi Marinade:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
2.5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
black pepper, to taste
small pinch of MSG (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Prep Vegetables
Thinly slice the green onions: the white part to stir-fry and the green part for garnish.
Finely dice half an onion and mushrooms. Thinly slice the chilies (if using).
Make Bulgogi Marinade
In a small container, mix together soy sauce, sugar, mirin, oyster sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, black pepper to taste, and a pinch of MSG (if using).
To a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, mushrooms, and marinade. Give it a good mix.
Cook Bulgogi
In a wok (or pan), heat the oil (2 tbsp) over medium-high heat. Once it gets nice and hot, add the white part of the green onions and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes or until they start to go brown.
Add the beef mixture and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Make sure to break up the beef and keep stirring it.
Turn the heat off. Add the chili peppers (if using), green onions, and sesame oil (1/2 tbsp). Give it a final mix.
To serve, get some rice on a plate and top it off with your bulgogi. Garnish with some extra green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with some salad greens or kimchi. Enjoy~!
NOTES
1 Tbsp = 15 ml, 1 Cup = 240 ml
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay good for up to 5 days!

brown sugar with the coco... i messed this part up...
1 ¾ cups Hot Water
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons Cocoa, divided.
3 tablespoons Oil
½ cup Milk
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Add 2 Tablespoons of cocoa and White Sugar to the flour. Stir Until blended
add the oil and milk and stir together.
Put in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan smooth over the bottom
in a different bowl mix Brown Sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa mix together
and spread over top of the batter in the pan
Slowly pour the Hot water over that. do not mix
put in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
when done it will have a brownie and hot fudge consistency
