Why I walked 50 kms i side my Home?

Hi Friends..
One of our college Seniors(Padmanabhan) Krishnan Nair Padmakumar ran a marathon right inside his home.during.this Covid lockout..That created a spark that I should walk inside my home..primarily for 2 reasons..1) Empathazing with Migrants in India walking many Kilometers 2) Experimenting - If it benefited my Health..

2 takeaways after my 50 km walk..
- Realized migrants Painful walk as it was painful..Foot, body . aches.etc.
I walked with the luxury of water, added minerals etc..right inside my home all prepped up..but..Migrants walked with Mental agony, uncertainties ..wondering if they would reach destination, physical challenges, dehydration, hunger etc..

- Diabetes wise. DiD NOT make a lot of difference...My levels were nearly the SAME compared to my daily 15000 steps walk against 70000 steps..Probably would have been different if I walk 70000 steps every day..But..that is not practical..
Lost 2 pounds..probably..Water weight..

Will I do it again? May be one more time..
Do I think, if it is worth it? A big NO health wise..but an astounding YES for the Migrants plight..emotion wise..

Ive attached my Live video(Not edited) above at the end of my Walk..70000 steps and 50 KM..probably..blabbering..due to being Tired..but, do I regret it..NO..🙂

Planning to publish a Non Live video..(which I captured during my walk)documenting my 50 km walk with proper editing software..

My end message: Few of us have the luxury of working from home..But..there are many near and dear ones..who don't have that option and it is our Moral responsibility to help atleast one or 2 or few..to the best of our practical ability..and pretty sure..all if us R already doing that..

Our whole world has changed upside down lately as my Mom's Health is NOT okay and our whole family are by her side helping with the recovery.

Hello My beloved YouTube family and friends.. 😊
Hope you all are doing great..!!
Little busy lately and unfortunately as a result, I'm not able to upload in regular intervals(my last upload was about 12 days ago ☹).
If any one of you are following my Weight loss experience,
About a month ago, I was up by 22 pounds(10 kgs) at 222.8 lbs. Reason..Was lazy and I walked very less.
My goal is to reduce at least 1 pound(0.5 Kg) a week and lose 25 pounds(around 12 Kgs) in 6 Months.
A week later, I walked 25,000 steps per day(based on my friend's challenge) and guess what, I gained around 0.5 Lbs.(223.4 lbs)
Why??? Because, I ate too much beyond my walking steps.
In my last video, I told that I'll try 15,000 steps per day and controlled Diet(Eat whatever, but stick to 2100 calories).
Good News is that I lost 2 Pounds and it is working. Now I'm at 221.2 lbs 😊
Again, this is not bragging, but to motivate a few if they are towards weight loss goals.
I'll post a video about this in the near future.

My Fellow Youtube Family & Friends, I'd advice my YouTube friends to change your Youtube password periodically(atleast once in every 3 months)
My account's user login was compromised recently and I had to reset my password.
Lesson learned..:(
