🌲 Hi, we’re Joe & Tina — high school sweethearts, married 26 years, parents to 3 amazing kids, and proud retired military veterans.

In 2022, we sold almost everything and traded city life for a slower, more intentional life in Alaska. What started as a leap of faith has become a full-on homestead journey rooted in family, faith, hard work, and freedom. Wow… I just finished reading through all of your comments on my previous post asking for your feedback on our video content and I’m honestly overwhelmed (in the best way).🤍

As the creator of our videos, it’s extremely helpful for me to feel the pulse of our viewers. What you like, what you don’t like. Everyone is different…so one could never accommodate all, but it gives me an overall idea of where we’re at as the HFA community!😊

Just a check in with our peeps! We spent the day into the night (not hard to do when we have just a few short hrs of daylight right now) working on the barn!😊

Little by little we’re making progress.👏🏻

Would love some feedback from y’all. We have a very mixed audience on our channel of men & women.

As you can imagine, it’s challenging pleasing both!🤪 That’s why we’ve always just “shared our life,” exactly what we’re doing that week. I try to capture glimpses of my life as a stay at home mom, homeschooler, etc., Joe’s man life lol…fixing things, tinkering around…and then us working on projects together of course.
