The #₹370BiriyaniCase!!

☑️ The controversy involving #HimanshuJangra and #Dr.SejalPawar has generated intense debate across social media. But beyond the controversy lies a deeper question: Have we become so obsessed with content, views, and virality that we sometimes forget basic human dignity?

☑️ How can one try to get unfair advantage of a girl/boy in just ₹370 biriyani? One must understand the meaning of choice, consent, preference and autonomy. It's a crying shame!!

On the other hand, Dr. Sejal Pawar has made mockery of the private parts of a #deadbody. Being a medical practitioner she must know - A cadaver is not "just a body." It was once a living human being.

✔️ Someone's father.
✔️ Someone's mother.
✔️ Someone's spouse.
✔️ Someone's child.
✔️ Someone's love.

☑️ In many cases, it was donated to medical science as a final contribution to society.

☑️ Humour may have a place. Content may have a place. Virality may have a place. But respect must always have a place. The pursuit of attention should never come at the cost of human dignity. Because the true test of character is not how we treat the living when they can respond. It is how we treat those who no longer can.

The Science of Infidelity: Why Good People Sometimes Cheat??

☑️ Most people think infidelity is a character problem. Psychology suggests that infidelity is a multifaceted phenomenon shaped by emotional, cognitive, social, and behavioral factors.

☑️ We like to believe that only bad people cheat. Reality is far more uncomfortable. Take the examples of Tiger Woods and Shatrughan Sinha.

☑️ More than a decade after his divorce, Tiger Woods publicly expressed deep regret over his infidelity. In his 2017 book, 'Unprecedented,' he wrote that his regret would last a lifetime.

☑️ Similarly, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha openly acknowledged his extramarital involvement with actress Reena Roy while being married to Poonam Sinha. In a report published by The Times of India on 13 November 2025, he spoke candidly about the guilt, confusion, emotional conflict, and turmoil he experienced during that phase of his life. He even remarked that "the man too suffers a lot."

➡️ Now comes the uncomfortable question:

✔️ If they genuinely regretted it, why did they do it?

✔️ Was it simply a matter of bad character?

✔️ Or is there something deeper happening inside the human mind?

1️⃣ Marriage Does Not Switch Off Attraction

☑️ One of the biggest misconceptions about marriage is that it automatically eliminates attraction towards others. It does not. From an early age, our minds unconsciously create categories:

- Attractive
- Unattractive
- Relationship material
- Casual fling material

☑️ These categories become deeply embedded in our psychology. Marriage may change commitment. But it does not erase attraction. The uncomfortable truth is that a married person can still notice, admire, and feel attracted to someone else. Being attracted is human. Acting on the attraction is a choice.

2️⃣ Your Mind Has Hidden Goals

☑️ Psychology suggests that our minds are constantly pursuing goals beneath our conscious awareness. Some of those goals seek:

- Validation
- Excitement
- Novelty
- Attention
- Emotional connection

☑️ The challenge is that these goals do not always care about long-term consequences. Sometimes, by the time we consciously realize what is happening, the emotional process has already begun. Dale Carnigie has said," Human beings are not always driven by logic. Often, they are driven by needs they themselves do not fully understand."

3️⃣ Situations Shape Behaviour More Than Character

☑️ This is one of the most fascinating findings in psychology. We often overestimate character and underestimate circumstances.

➤ Loneliness
➤ Emotional neglect
➤ Opportunity
➤ Secrecy
➤ Unmet emotional needs

These factors can influence behaviour far more than most people realize. However, this does not justify infidelity. But it helps explain why people sometimes act against their own values.

4️⃣ Love and Infidelity Can Coexist

This may be the most uncomfortable truth of all. Many people assume:

☑️ "If you truly loved your spouse, you would never cheat." Reality is often more complicated.

☑️ Human beings are capable of holding contradictory emotions. Some people genuinely love their partner and still make destructive choices. Many experience intense guilt, shame, and regret afterwards. That does not make the betrayal less painful. But it reminds us that human psychology is rarely black and white.

☑️ An Important Clarification: Let me be absolutely clear.

✖️ I am not promoting infidelity.

✖️ I am not encouraging it.

✖️ I am not approving it.

✖️ And I am certainly not suggesting that it is right.

☑️ I am simply trying to understand it. Because understanding a behaviour is not the same as defending it.

Bottom Line:

☑️ Perhaps the real lesson is this: Before judging a person's actions, it is worth understanding the invisible psychological forces operating beneath the surface.

✔️ Human beings are emotional.

✔️ They are vulnerable.

✔️ They are conflicted.

✔️ They are imperfect.

☑️ And sometimes, the greatest battles are the ones that take place inside the mind. Infidelity may be a moral issue. But it is also a psychological one. And unless we understand the psychology, we will never fully understand the behaviour.

☑️ Anjana Om Kashyap Jee has lambasted YouTube educators with the contemptuous phrase, "They possess neither knowledge nor worth. (ना जानना ना कौड़ी)" Such language, coming from a senior journalist in mainstream media suggests that her mental equilibrium has been compromised. Anjana Om Kashyap Jee is in dire need of medical assistance. I feel a profound sense of pity for her.

☑️ Educators like Vikas Divyakirti Sir, Neetu Ma'am, Ankit Avasthi Sir have brought a revolution in the field of education through YouTube. Are they 2 Kaudi ke Teachers?

☑️ The media—often hailed as the "Fourth Pillar of Democracy"— is today gnawing away at the nation like a termite. In the 2026 World Press Freedom Index, India ranks 157th out of 190 countries. In 2025, the ranking stood at 151. Observe the tragedy: the ranking ought to have improved this year, yet it has deteriorated instead. We have tumbled down six notches.

☑️ #TheNEETpaperLeak—which drove several students to suicide—the #CBSE OMR system fiasco, the violence in #Manipur, the surge in #petrol prices—on all these critical issues, Anjana Om Kashyap Jee sits with her lips sealed tight, as if glued shut with Fevicol. She lacks the courage to pose questions to the government. Yet, when it comes to singing the praises of PM #ModiJee, her tongue moves with the utmost ease and fluency—as if greased with ghee.

☑️ As #SaadatHasanManto once remarked: "A 'sold-out' journalist and a courtesan both belong to the same category; however, even between the two, the courtesan commands greater dignity." Anjana Jee, do look into your conscience after your medical treatment is over.

☑️ Had the privilege of watching Naye Naye Taare, the latest short film by "#PadmaShriAnandKumarSuper30" on 'Super Infinity Official YT Channel.

➡️ Naye Naye Tare Short Film YT Link: https://youtu.be/tgHHTCuxg_I?si=RVx0s...

☑️ The film tells the inspiring story of a young girl who loses her father, while her mother struggles tirelessly to support her education. What makes the story truly powerful is that despite these challenges, her learning does not stop. Through online education and guidance, Anand Kumar (Super 30) is helping transform the lives of countless students and giving wings to their dreams.

☑️ I am fortunate to share a warm and meaningful relationship with Anand Kumar Sir and have always admired his simplicity, humility, and unwavering commitment to education.

☑️ I strongly recommend that students, parents, teachers, educators, and everyone watch Naye Naye Taare. It is a short film with a powerful message: no matter how difficult the circumstances, education can change lives, create opportunities, and help ordinary children become extraordinary.

'Self-Worth'

The moment you deeply accept who you are, life becomes strangely lighter.

➡️ Comparison starts disappearing.
➡️ Competition starts looking unnecessary.
➡️ And the desperate need to impress people slowly fades away.

Most people are not tired from work. They are tired from psychological comparison.

➡️ Someone else’s salary.
➡️ Someone else’s beauty.
➡️ Someone else’s success.
➡️ Someone else’s lifestyle.

The mind keeps measuring. And the soul keeps suffering. But the day you realize that your worth is not a race, something shifts internally.

✔️ You stop chasing validation.
✔️ You stop proving yourself everywhere.
✔️ You stop shrinking yourself in front of powerful people and exaggerating yourself in front of weak people.

That is self-worth!

And ironically, the moment you stop competing with the world, the world starts respecting you more. Because real confidence is quiet. It does not beg for attention.

'30% of Indian Families are Corrupt: APJ Abdul Kalam'

Corruption Doesn’t Start in Offices. It Starts at Home. In 2013, A. P. J. Abdul Kalam made a provocative yet intriguing statement: “30% of households in India indulge in corruption.” And then he said something even more gripping: ‘Children should tell their parents not to be corrupt.’

We often blame:
• Politicians
• Systems
• Government

But we ignore one painful truth: The system is a reflection of society. And society begins at home. Let’s ask ourselves — honestly:

✔️ Do you watch movies or web series through legal/ethical means?
✔️ Do you ever overcharge beyond your genuine fees?
✔️ Do you take credit for someone else’s work?
✔️ Do you genuinely appreciate your competitor’s good performance?
✔️ Do you take items like towels or small things from hotel rooms while checking out?
✔️ If you realize you have taken extra money, do you return it?
✔️ Do you stay neutral and remain free from all biases when it comes to your children’s benefit?
✔️ Do you stand for what is right and fair — even when it is risky and inconvenient?
✔️ Do you practice righteousness and integrity?

✅ If the answer is NO, then this too is a form of intangible corruption. Perhaps, it is not visible. You fall into the temptation of a small shortcut, a small adjustment or a small justification. And that’s how corruption grows — silently.

➡️ P.S.: Don’t get Abdul Kalam wrong. He didn’t blame the nation. He challenged us. He inspired us to change. He believes that change doesn’t start in Parliament. It starts in personal choices even when no one is watching.

Some People Don’t Go #Viral. They Go #Valuable.

➡️ I read about Vikas Chandra (Guddu Baba) in The Times of India. And honestly… it stayed with me. For the last 30 years, he has been fighting for something most of us only talk about — cleaning the Ganga.

Not by posting.

Not by debating.

But by doing.

He has:

✔️ Cremated unclaimed bodies from the river

✔️ Fought legal battles against encroachment

✔️ Helped restore public land

✔️ Pushed systems to act

No spotlight!

No branding!

No PR!

➡️ Just work. In today’s world, people want recognition first and contribution later. He chose the opposite. Contribution first. Recognition… not required. We celebrate influencers. We follow creators. But people like him remind us: Impact does not need followers. It needs commitment. I have tremendous amount of respect for such people. They don’t change the algorithm. They change reality.

➡️ Neha Singh – Once Strength now Scapegoat for Galgotia University

India has two speeds. One for facts. One for judgment. Facts walk. Judgment runs. During the recent AI-summit controversy linked to Galgotias University, the internet did what it always does — decide first, understand later.

✔️ Clips circulated.
✔️ Opinions exploded.
✔️ Experts emerged from everywhere.

But amid the noise, one thing stood out quietly − Neha Singh.

✔️ Calm voice.
✔️ Steady posture.
✔️ Measured responses.
✔️ No panic.
✔️ No public blame.
✔️ No emotional outburst.

She showed composure. And in a country where outrage is currency, composure is rare wealth.

➡️ Communication Is Easy in Classrooms but Hard in Storms.

We teach communication in lecture halls. We test it in interviews. We evaluate it in presentations. But real communication is tested only in one place: Crisis.

✔️ When cameras are close.
✔️ When narratives are forming.
✔️ When every word can trend.

Most people either react or retreat. Some defend loudly. Some disappear quietly. But Neha Singh stayed balanced. Tone controlled. Language careful. Body language steady. That is not luck. That is training meeting temperament.

➡️ The Moment Institutions Get Nervous

Every institution, when under pressure, does what institutions are designed to do: protect itself.

✔️ Statements are drafted.
✔️ Distance is created.
✔️ Damage is contained.

And often, the person who stood in front of the storm finds themselves… no longer standing there.

✔️ Not loudly.
✔️ Not dramatically.
✔️ Just quietly moved out of frame.
✔️ No official villain.
✔️ No public drama.

Just administrative silence!!

➡️ The Gentle Irony No One Mentions

Universities conduct seminars on:

✔️Crisis communication
✔️ Media handling
✔️ Public relations

But when real crisis arrives, the person demonstrating the most composure is not always the one most protected. That’s not an allegation. That’s a pattern. Institutions defend reputation. Individuals defend dignity. And sometimes, dignity stands alone.

➡️ What Deserves Attention

Maintaining loyalty while under the spotlight requires strength. That deserves acknowledgment. Not for controversy but for character. Some online portals are claiming that she has been fired and posted on LinkedIn #OpenToWork. What a crying shame! The lady who stood by the storm is now kicked off the ship. What an irrational behavior of the Management of Galgotia University!

➡️ Remember!

✔️ Controversies fade.
✔️ Headlines move on.
✔️ New storms arrive.

During the recent episode around Galgotias University, one image remains: A calm communicator in the middle of a very loud situation. Sometimes, the calmest person in the room also becomes the quietest exit from it. And that says more about systems than statements ever will.

Hats Off To Neha Singh!! I wish every organization had a pillar like Neha Singh. #ISupportNehaSingh
