This is getting ridiculous, I just had to dispute a copyright claim off of a Baldur's Gate 3 video that was a run I legit played ON STREAM, there's not even music in the section they claimed, but there's MY voice on it.
They just copyright claimed MY VOICE and the visuals beneath, explain it to me.
Even if I'm not "losing" anything from it, this is unacceptable.
You need to fix the system, "people" who blindly issue these copyright claims should be REQUIRED to show EVIDENCE of their claims BEFORE a channel gets struck. There are too many abusers on the platform ‪@YouTube‬

Last night's Silksong livestream (youtube.com/live/d1UKQEzjB0o?si=sPqqbT5cwi5D0GNv) got hit with NINE, BASELESS copyright claims, by some fraudulent company - luckily ‪@TeamCherry‬ already addressed this publicly and I thank them for it.
The claims have all been disputed and removed, but I find it insane that anyone can just claim copyright on other people's content without having to provide ACTUAL proof of ownership first, while me, as the defendant, HAVE to provide it in order to have the claim removed. (not to mention the 30 days window given to the claimant to argue back)
Why is this still a thing?
Anyway, if anything similar happens to you, by a company called "Vydia", be wary and fight them back.

URGENT COMMUNICATION, PLEASE UPVOTE AND SHARE THIS.
I never asked for that, but we NEED to spread awareness, Youtube is literally "hiding" (they might as well be considered as gone) everyone's videos based on some botched AI algorithm that deems them "restricted" even when there's NOTHING that would be even remotely considerable so.
Make SURE to check your profile, that you haven't had "Restricted mode" turned on by default, as I've heard Youtube might have been enabling it to some people by default, without even noticing them about it.
Just look at the screens below, and see the DAMAGE it does to my channel alone. My videos literally gone, and that's just the last few months, I DREAD looking further back at all of my BG3 stuff.........
