I lived in Japan for 10 years and learned from an ex's mum how to make REAL matcha (not with the "ceremonial grade" nonsense we see in the west).
It starts with which matcha powder you choose, much like with coffee beans you can't pull out flavours that aren't there.

Gotta start building up that muscle memory and skill if I'm going to compete at the national level.
This time it's gonna be a dragon design I've seen a bunch of times on Instagram. I've tried it a few times and I think I can get from a blob to something resembling a dragon by the end of the live stream. See you there!
