Hi! My name is Konstantin and I am a developer.
I have been working in IT for about 18 years, primarily in the areas of databases and infrastructure. As a hobby, I enjoy programming languages.
I have progressed from a developer to a manager, managing a team of 50 people, most of whom I hired myself. At some point, I pursued education as a Gestalt therapist, combining my development skills with an understanding of people, which sparked my interest in creating and nurturing technical teams.
