Think of it this was way, our energy and vibration is lifting into a higher resonance or vibration, our bodies are very used to being of a lower energy, it's trying to stabilise and adjust.
By us continuing to keep operating (which I know, we've still got to), it's creating an imbalance (feeling like we are in this world but not truly of it).
We just need to be aware of this, and when we can, rest take some time out where we can.
The old system is collapsing. Imagine an image going in and out of focus, glitching, and this is us right now.
We've got to relax and rest waiting for our body to catch up,

When, the souls connection can be clouded over by the human prespective however when you come into a state of resonance, connection, coherance the soul remains present, allowing unity, the human being playing out the role and the soul playing more of a part.
When you disconnect yourself from the drama this brings you into coherance, back into alignment, raising your frequency which connects you to all you are and what you are apart of, the higher frequency, allowing our frequency and vibration to connect more. We are part of one big web of consciousness and so you start to live your life from flow rather than force.

We underestimate how we slow things down and delays things through the way we think, our emotions and limited human programming.
