I mostly just play or talk about video games on here. Been playing them since the early 90s so I have a soft spot for older games in particular, but some newer ones are cool too. When I was younger I used to enjoy reading books out loud with my mom, and I still to this day think it's really fun to try voice acting when I record or stream a game that lacks in-game voices. I'm no professional, but some people tell me I'm good at it, and if you like it that's good enough for me.
I did live streams for a little, but I'm not sure if I'll return to that even though I genuinely did have a good time doing it. Life's kicked my butt a bit to be honest so whether it's live streams or pre-records, I might not do stuff on here very often.

I'm still here for what it's worth. I haven't felt like posting on twitter anymore since a long time ago, but sometimes I wonder if I should reopen it or maybe use some other social platform, even if it were just me periodically reposting something which would at least show that I'm still alive.
Anyway, I've been using my limited spare energy to spend a little time with some friends and stuff, and to play a single digit number of video games that I wanted to play on my own without trying to do commentary. All but one of the games I played this year were pretty short too, which just goes to show how much I've been having trouble doing much across the board. It is what it is I guess.
I'm probably not doing anything on here before the end of the year, so here's hoping I see you in 2026.

Man, this is why I don't usually talk about future plans anymore. Still planning to finish up Everhood and the Google Translated Mystery Dungeon stuff when I can! Just been spending a lot of time on non-YouTube stuff recently, and I've also been struggling with having the energy for things in general. I'll get it done though. In the meantime, have a silly thing I quickly edited.

Wow I haven't said anything since October. I'm still alive, I've just had some issues with time/energy/motivation.
Sooo... how about that Everhood 2 release date announcement trailer eh? Really caught me off guard that it's already coming out on March 4th! I am now very slowly but actively working on the Everhood LP videos again. I'm not completely sure if I'll be ready to start uploading my videos of the first game before the sequel comes out, but I am pretty sure that at least the final video won't be up before then. Oh well, I guess it's not a big deal. We'll see how it goes.
That aside, the google translated Explorers of Sky mod got its final update a while ago, so I'd like to do something with that too after Everhood is done. I won't be live streaming it, but I want to do videos at least. I might poke around more of the postgame dungeons and have a video of some highlights maybe, but I especially want to check out the Special Episodes.

So I moved across the country again. I've been without my computer for 4 weeks, which was much longer than expected. I finally have my stuff now though, so I'll probably have my computer all set up tomorrow. Editing the videos I recorded isn't gonna be an absolute top priority right now, but I'll definitely get it finished sooner or later after coming this far. At the very least I'd like to get it done this year so that I don't get stuck putting it off for *too long,* like I've done with some things in the past...

I have one final video to record for Everhood, but at that point I might have to fully pause on production for a solid month, so it'll still be some time before I get that finished. There is some post-production work to be done, so when I have the time I will have to watch every single video back to make any edits where there need to be any. Commentary is mostly live, but there will be some post-commentary, and a small portion of the acting will probably be re-recorded too. Been a while since I put work in like this.
For those who prefer watching someone play a game live in real time, I'll do live streams of Everhood on Sep 17th and 24th. For those streams I'll aim to go live at 7PM Eastern to make sure I have enough time before quiet hours. The stream recordings will stay exclusive to Twitch I think. The later Let's Play style videos for YouTube will be more comprehensive anyway; I even recorded "the corridor" fully. (If you know you know.)

The Let's Play I hinted at a couple months ago had a bit of a false start I won't lie. I think I'm finally ready to try recording it again today. In other news, "Bind the Sky" (the wacky retranslated Explorers of Sky hack) got its postgame/Darkrai update a week and a half ago. Starting next week on the 20th I want to try live streaming it.

By the way, I don't know when I'll be done with it, but I'm in the planning stage for a thorough "Let's Play" style of videos for a small indie game I really enjoyed a few years ago, if anyone's been missing that type of video format from me. I will probably also live stream the game on Twitch, but the live stream will mostly focus on getting the main ending, whereas the YouTube videos will try to show off every little thing that I can.
