@aliabdaal ‘s March 5 newsletter came with an exercise to make a table and you know this girl loves a chart. 🙌
In the 3 areas of life - health, work, and relationships - write an identity you want to embody, 3 words that guide that identity, a goal related to the identity, and the 1 thing you can do today to get to that identity.
To be fully honest, I don’t know how I felt about this one! The email subject line was “3 Minutes a Day to Change Your Life” but this took a lot longer for me. Choosing the identity part was difficult and I don’t know how much value I got from it.
I think I’ll stick with other goal setting exercises but I’m glad I tried this one. Have you tried any goal setting strategies that you DIDNT like?
