Velaction Continuous Improvement

I've gotten settled in after a move to the Chicago area, and have started producing videos again. For the last several days, I have been releasing tips of the day. There are two purposes for this. The first is that it is a great way to help my audience learn about continuous improvement. The few minutes a day that it takes to watch these can whet your appetite to learn more, and get your creative juices flowing.
The other reason is that it helps me dial in my processes. Technology changes so fast, it is hard to keep up. With these short videos, I can test things out and climb my own learning curve without a lot of risk. There isn't a lot of time invested in 3 minute videos, so if I mess something up, I can cut bait easily. I also can get a few of them scheduled in advance so I am not scrambling all the time.
It always helps me if you add in comments so I can know whether I am on the right track and if I am delivering something valuable. Hope to hear from you!

Just launched a new type of content. Working on creating 'Crash Courses' where there is a quick, targeted video leaders can play for their teams, then give them a set of handouts to get more out of the learning--quizzes, student guides, real-life assignments, posters, etc. Our first video of this genre is done, and we are diving into creating all the templates for the downloads we'll have at CI Central.
