The best part was not the final ad.

It was the failed clip: the split-screen scene broke, so I fed it back as a reference, simplified the prompt, and fixed it without starting from zero.

1. Weak one-line prompt
2. Structured prompt
3. Custom GPT prompt

Same storyboard.
Same characters.
Same model.
Same 15-second length.

Only the prompt changed.
