❌ From 10th October 2025, NO reward points milenge on:
⛽ Fuel & Petrol Pumps (5541, 5542, 5172, 5983)
📞 Telecom Bills (4814)
💡 Utilities – Bijli, Paani, Gas (4900)
🏠 Rent Payments (6513)
💍 Jewellery / Precious Metals (5094, 5944)
🚗 Tolls & Bridge Fees (4784)
📑 Insurance Premiums (5960)
💰 Fines, Taxes & Govt. Payments (9222, 9311, 9399)
🏦 Credit Agencies, Debt Collection, Charitable Orgs, Clubs (7321, 7322, 8398, 8641)
⚠️ Any unrecognized debit card MCC (e.g. 5413)
👉 Matlab ab sirf retail & shopping spends pe hi points milenge.
⏳ Redemption Timeline Change:
Earlier: 14 working days
Now: 30 working days (after txn date) 😮💨
IDFC Debit Card = ab bas ek normal debit card jaisa. Rewards wale mazae cut ho gaye.
Credit Card > Debit Card for rewards, simple. 💳👑

🚨 Kotak App Glitch Alert! 🚨
Guys, check this out 👀
All my PCD transactions are eligible for 5% cashback, but Kotak app is only showing ₹28 credited instead of the correct amount!
📱 Proof is right here in the screenshots – every Amazon, Swiggy, etc. spend should’ve added up way more.
When I reached out, Kotak customer care admitted the cashback will be credited later and the app is showing the wrong figure right now.
So if you’re using Kotak credit cards, don’t blindly trust the app display. Always cross-check your spends and expected cashback.
