Been on a Busy Road in the Work Force Life — on our Busiest Month yet (until later seasons) — and been having to deal with… cases (work related).
But after a good number of years of Grinding it out, and asking for a Chance… I got one! I will be Lead and have some Management Authority soon, once everything has settled down by the end of this month.
On top of that, fighting Burnout — countering it by doing some things. — Soon to catch up on some Content for here.
Be on the lookout between the weeks of the remainder of this month and next.

27 Years Ago… The “Keeper’s Diary” was written from the Spenser Mansion - talked about the Night he played Poker with Scott and Alias from Security, and Steve from Research. Steve won big, but the Keeper suspected he was Cheating.

Oh man… having to do this, my planning and experimentation of a Seasons System, and to balance Time Off, and then More Work and Overtime Piles Up… stressful.
Balance them, then had to take care of other matters, and Burnout and Sleep Issues…
Yeah, I’m on a case of Bad Time Management right now. So much planned… but so little Time. That’s what working in the Hotel Business does to your time… it gets harder every day to manage.
Hopefully, I can catch a break soon to catch up.

Soon to be catching up on footage gathering, and editing in iMovie to make some of these from the Frostyfest in Splatoon 3— catching up while busy with work and other things. — I’m also going to submit two other Works In The Process to End Result Plaza Posts from 2024 soon after that.
I also need to catch up on Grand Festival — keep in mind, most of it were shot on camera from phone instead of capture moments, until I figured out the trick afterwards.
I’ve also got an art raffle prize to soon work one as well.
So, I’ve got my hands full.

Played in the Winter Splatfest via Frostyfest from the weekend while being snowed in and while work was going on. Also… what are the odds? My Clout Numbers I earned, also ended up being like Poker Hands. — a “Full House”, and a “Four of a Kind”.
