Just a little motivation for the youngsters out there🗿
It’s regarding BODY DYSMORPHIA!
i used to struggle with it alot . I used to wear tight clothes all the time, constantly checking myself in the mirror, wondering if I was making progress. But when you see yourself every day, it’s hard to notice those small changes—and it really messed with my head. I eventually realized that obsessing over every little detail was holding me back, so I switched to oversized clothes and learned to trust the process. I focused on training hard instead of constantly measuring myself in the mirror.
Over time, I looked back and saw just how far I had come. Yes i know im not that asthetic, i dont have that much time like those fake nattys or people who earn a living just by bodybuilding. Im just a regular guy. i cant afford to take out so much time out of my busy schedule .
What im trying to say , If you’re struggling with body image, remember that growth happens gradually—keep pushing forward, and eventually, you’ll grow so much that even your oversized clothes will make you look jacked.
AND PLEASE DONT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS! KEEP GROWING ❤️
