7 years ago I had 33 small heart attacks over the span of 12 days. I had emergency surgery on the 12th day & a stent put in my heart. During my hospitalization I was clocked in at 427 pounds. My highest weight ever. During recovery, and all the tests, my A1C level was recorded at an 11, and was officially diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I decided that day to change my lifestyle. I decided that day I needed to learn discipline.

7 years later I’m in the best shape of my life, and for the first time since middle school, I’m officially in the 199⬇️ club. Words cannot describe what this means to me personally. All the years of struggling with food & alcohol addiction, finally surpassing that phase of my life, and I’ve finally been able to hit my biggest milestone yet. I did this for me. No one else. To live a better life. To live a longer life with my beautiful wife and kids.

I fucking did it.
