Navigating the Epstein Wave - Archangel Metatron


The wave is coming whether you like it or not, whether you have anticipated it or not, whether you think you know how it will go down or not.


It is bigger than politics, bigger than any government or institution - it is the collective rot that was allowed to fester and gain power in an absence of morality, accountability or compass of right or wrong. It was about greed, insatiable lust for power, money, sex and control.
It is the stuff of nightmares but also the wave that can unify us all behind the revelations left in its wake - to purify and start again, to replace that which is compromised and unclean with bastions of integrity, truth and honesty.
Light shines brightest and is most welcomed when it is the most dark. It is reached for, sought out as life giving sustenance to all who feel parched and empty.


This is about exposure yes - but it is also about you. How you respond to the coming wave and if you can stand in heart centred consciousness during times of deepest challenging disclosure or not.
Whether you add to that darkness via gossip, joy and revelling in another's downfall (whilst not looking in your own mirror), judgement, division, superiority - or if you can join those with sweeping brush in humble hand to clear up the debris in its wake, even if its not your mess. It is in Mother Earths backyard after all - and she deserves a combined effort to rid her shores of the bones, decay and stench of human free will misused.


The wave is high - can you surf it and help another half drowning in lack of comprehension, shock or denial (the most harmful place to be).
You can't negotiate with this wave, nor avoid or pretend it isn't happening.
You can't see only the part that you want to acknowledge and call out - whilst ignoring the weight of water that stains all, including many held in high regard.
You are encouraged to support each other - every person witnessing this wave will learn of someone they are disappointed in.
It is a time not to create more wounding by lack of sensitivity - but to help tend each others crest fallen hope.


To know also accusations without weight of evidence are dangerous - the rule of law demands fair trial, fair hearing and the appraisal before an untainted court - not a trial by social media and public online 'lynching or 'hanging'.
For nothing escapes God's eye - no deed untold or lie hidden. The Final judgement befalls us all - the true reckoning is also always between us and ourselves.


You are reminded to role model to your children goodness and the promise of global regeneration and recovery. They need that now.
The best posture is readiness, alignment to spirit and flexibility.
To know that this is meant to wash clean, uproot and balance all that has been hidden in shadows. A network of darkness to be counteracted by a web of crystalline light.
You can let the wave consume you, overwhelmed, despairing and fearful or you can seek the sanctuary of your inner compass that knows all is well and that wisdom follows after truth, justice and a humbling of mans ego is done.
The highest outcome is a combined collective mission to say 'Never Again' - to foster community in your neighbourhoods and homes built on love, responsibility, unity and peace.
To build each other up, not tear each other down. To support not viciously compete, nor store up resentment and malice - but the olive branch of forgiveness and hope.
Have faith - after the storm, breath is easier, you are still on track for better days, but the purging has to be done, before anything new can be built.


I stand with you as Grand Architect ready to rebuild. I offer my energy to all who need it.

Good Morning all, just a quick explanation regards there being no 11/11 offering from me this year.
I am still in Switzerland till the 10th but unfortunately have been ill the whole holiday bar the first 48 hours.
Flu has wiped me out and I feel very weak - although am recovering day by day.
I won’t be rushing back as soon as I am home but will return when I have regained my strength.

For me (and maybe you) this is a time of return to zero point, in many ways a perfect closing to a 9 year before we regroup for 2026.
Let the clutter of all that is uniformed, worthless and harmful fall away.
Stand in your truth, light and power - it really is that simple. I see it now.
A few shorts ( pre recorded) will be posted in next couple of days - but new material will have to wait.
Sending you all my love - and for 11/11 remember you are the portal always - walk through whatever is occurring now with grace.

I have felt all week remembrance of past lives - times when we needed to retreat - not out of fear - but via protecting the light, preserving what is sacred, what is real in times when humanity cascaded into shadow - many totally oblivious at the descent away from what is Godly and towards entrenchment of base desires, ego, narcissism and survival wounds.
At such times when the world became too noisy, too hateful, too dangerous, too unconscious… many of us with sensitive wise hearts and old souls temporarily closed the doors, sought sanctuary, united together waiting for the storm into collective madness to quell.
We knew on a planet of duality, there was always choice, times when the darkness spewed its worst excesses into violence, war, bigotry, judgement and blood..


We knew that sanctuary helped us focus, pray, and safeguard teachings, frequencies, and healing arts that otherwise would be trampled into dust, and squandered before those unwilling to hear or practice them.
Indeed you would be laughed at, spat at or worse.. your light too bright for other’s demons.
As Essenes, As Atlanteans, As Lemurians, As Ancient Egyptians .. we knew when the moment was here to act.
That we weren’t served by being exposed to the baying mob, that persecution, attack and deliberate misrepresentation befell anyone staying true to the light.


So we went within - deeper into ourselves, our practice, our inner life …into physical and actual ‘caves’..
We waited once more for ears that would be ready to hear after exhausting themselves into a dead end …but we spent the time between evolving, putting down for posterity all we knew and had learned thus far…
We shared, celebrated and gained comfort from fellow brothers and sisters of the light.
Wisdom custodians for the age to come.

We are in such days ❤️

Truly sickened and horrified at how far we as a species have fallen.As more of us awaken and see beyond the grip of all that has kept us trapped for eons, we are tested beyond measure regards whether we believe we can make it, to New Earths shores. We will, even if we have to crawl on our hands and knees.

However, the assassination of Charlie Kirk with its graphic bloody brutal details only moments after an air of happiness, expectation and an upbeat crowd is beyond words.
Equally sickening is anyone not able to see this as a watershed moment to stop the arguing and hate and start to LISTEN to each other.
This is beyond politics its about whether you have lost or retain your humanity for a man who had a family, people who loved him, and a life cut short because another felt threatened, offended, and thus he had to be exterminated - due to differences of opinion.

The Violet Pill message of sitting with those you disagree with to bring forward dialogue is never more needed.
It is via dialogue, listening and consensus with give and take on all sides that the way forward is achieved.
Without it - we stay stuck in a mire of more of the same.
On the back of the 9/9 portal we have seen nothing but escalation of violence and war in our world. Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Gaza, Israel.
It is as though the darkness is poking and prodding to get the reaction it seeks - ultimate destruction and death.

9 is linked to Mars - and at its worst it is about war, domination, control, aggression, power, anger, control, blood…
If the world feels right now out of control, we will look for the next foothold towards balance and peace.
It will be there, even if we cannot yet see it.

I encourage you to go within, find the peace there, pray for humanity, yourself and your ‘enemy’ - and remember change starts THERE.
How you react, respond and the frequency you carry in THIS moment contributes to our shared NEXT.
If anything good can come out of 9/9’s worst excesses (particularly today on 9/11) it is that we take steps to END the suffering - not pour MORE petrol on the flames already lit.
Charlie gave up his life for it - and yes it will have been a soul contract. Let it not be in vain.

ABBA what can I say - other than that I cried from the depths of nowhere the tears flowed - a mixture of deep damn gratitude for all they have given, that a soundtrack to so many of our lives was there in front of a packed audience decades on, that music lives on, that our bodies get older but up there in the lights another version of us still dances, intermingled with who we are now.

The past and present combined, the absolute love for 4 people so pure in intention, music channeled from another realm, sweet angelic voices, beautiful lighting, technology, magic, simply taken to a new land of hope and dreams and promise, whilst reflection on deep poignancy and reflection of all that has passed.
When it ended I actually felt as though I had run an emotional personal marathon, I could hardly speak, wanting to somehow hold on to what felt like a transcendent experience to myself just for a few moments more.

I dabbed my eyes, turned to my daughter who was born decades after ABBA was born and said did you like it, and could see the same awestruck beauty in her face. She said she had a lump in her throat throughout the whole thing.
Jon who never gets emotional at anything such as this was also visibly moved, we all were.
So yes to joy and fun and happiness- but the deep bits hit like a laser in the dark, I truly hadn’t foreseen that.

It touched a ‘hole in my soul’ I didn’t know felt so unfed and empty.
Thank you for the music, however we owe them so much more than that.
