We talk about Technical Debt all the time, but how many of us can actually measure it or how do we track it?

When we are not tracking it, this is how technical debt silently grows.

What does it do?

I’ve uploaded a brand-new reusable component on the ServiceNow Developer Share — an automated Group Manager Validation Flow built using Flow Designer.

This flow runs on a schedule, checks for inactive group managers, auto-replaces them with the correct hierarchy, and raises an incident when manual intervention is needed. A simple solution to avoid workflow failures and keep your data clean.
