I’ve uploaded a brand-new reusable component on the ServiceNow Developer Share — an automated Group Manager Validation Flow built using Flow Designer.
This flow runs on a schedule, checks for inactive group managers, auto-replaces them with the correct hierarchy, and raises an incident when manual intervention is needed. A simple solution to avoid workflow failures and keep your data clean.
